Our Investment Banking and Business Consulting Division is headed by two highly experienced, seasoned and uniquely successful individuals, who gained their knowledge on both Wall Street and Main Street. Geoff Winters and Tony Joffe are the two Principals and Co-Directors that manage our Investment Banking and Business Consulting division.
Geoff Winters successfully structured and funded over $2.4 billion worth of private equity placements, for notable companies including Genentech, Beckon Dickinson, Jaguar Motor Company, The Asia Fund, numerous Real Estate Investment Trusts, and many others as a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers on Wall Street. Equally significant was his success as an entrepreneur having grown Electronic Control Systems from an idea to a nearly $40 million valuation in less than seven years before stepping down as Chairman and CEO.
Tony Joffe has been successful in both the public and private sector. As a Chief Financial Officer, a Chief Operating Officer, a Chief Executive Officer and as Chairman of the Board, he has extensive public company management experience. At Colmena Corp. a publicly traded company, he engineered the acquisition of NetWorth Systems, an IT provider and then sold the company to STI, an insurance industry software provider.
In the private sector he was one of the founders and Chief Operating Officer of Gramco Holdings, a company which owned and managed multiple subsidiaries which included cemeteries, funeral homes, a 33 acre Marina in Florida, a multi-line boat sales and brokerage company, a general contracting company, a boat title insurance underwriting firm, three restaurants, a real estate brokerage company, an oil and gas exploration company, a mortgage brokerage company and equipment leasing company in the finance, real estate, entertainment, and energy sectors. In his role as COO he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of over 600 employees as well as new business development. Mr. Joffe began his financial career as founder, CEO and Chairman of a Wall Street commodity brokerage company, which eventually grew to nine offices in the US and UK with 275 licensed brokers.

Phil Davis
Phil Davis is a Principal and Director of Media for Creative Solutions International. He is responsible for all media advertising, including planning and buying for local, regional and national clients.
Phil Davis was a founder and owner of Davis Media Group, Inc. (DMG), and currently sits on the Board of Directors, which was established in 2008 to pursue new ventures in media with special focus in the areas of television and Internet distribution. One of DMG’s first projects was the launch of Dimensions Weekly (DW), an online men’s lifestyle magazine. From concept to implementation, DMG has created an original Internet phenomenon that attracts a vigorously growing audience. The DW Development Team continues to integrate new technologies on the website, keeping it on the leading edge of new media. Other projects include the sales and marketing of “The Tim McCarver Show,” development of an adventure-based reality series, consulting services for new business ventures and now a Principal with Creative Solutions International.
Prior to founding his own company, Mr. Davis was most recently a partner at DCC, a media buying and sales firm in New York City. From 1991 through 2008, his responsibilities included business development, planning, marketing, and sales for national and regional media clients. His innovative thinking led to strategic partnerships with the major television networks in such marquee events as the Olympics, NFL Football, NCAA Basketball’s March Madness, and the NCAA Football Bowl games.
Mr. Davis began his career in 1985 at the major New York advertising firm, Ted Bates Worldwide (now known as Backer Spielvogel Bates) negotiating network television advertising. In 1989, he moved on to Foote, Cone & Belding/NY where he was able to test and stretch his creativity. He worked with clients and television networks to develop high profile, specialized sponsorships such as the “Dockers’ Halftime Report,” which aired in CBS NFL Football, and product placement in the first season of MTV’s long-running hit series “The Real World.”
Tony Joffe
Tony Joffe is a Principal and Co-Director of Investment Banking and Business Consulting for Creative Solutions International (CSI). His primary responsibility is to oversee CSI's business consulting efforts in developing operational strategies, from analysis of risk to assessment of the organization’s efficiencies. He will also serve as a consultant to the investment banking services offered by CSI.
Tony Joffe has been the president of three publicly traded companies, CFO of one and COO of another. In addition, he has served as chairman of the board of Colmena Corp, which acquired NetWorth Systems, a high-tech IT provider and then sold the company to STI, an insurance industries software provider.
Prior to his work with companies under SEC regulation and scrutiny, he was a founder and chief operating officer of a multi-million dollar private holding company, which eventually grew to 22 separate subsidiaries with over 600 employees. In his role as COO, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as new business development.
Mr. Joffe began his financial career as founder, CEO and Chairman of a Wall Street commodity brokerage company, which eventually grew to nine offices in the US and UK with 275 licensed brokers.
Sharon O’Shea
Sharon O’Shea is a Principal and Marketing and Communications Director for Creative Solutions International.
Sharon was a Managing Director of SOS Strategy and continues to sit on its Board. She has more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience. Sharon has successfully partnered with Fortune 100, early stage, and start-up companies to drive marketing programs that provide a measurable return on investment.
Sharon’s strength is to provide unbiased marketing solutions that utilize the types of marketing tools best suited to face the challenge at hand, as defined by the client. Be it research, strategy, sales support, public relations, investor relations, or creative, Sharon and her team assist clients by translating marketing strategies into actionable tactics which are fully executed.
Prior to establishing SOS Strategy, Sharon was a Principal with Zer0 to 5ive where she branded many companies and developed creative communication campaigns that clearly differentiated her clients and drive sales. Sharon would frequently be retained as an interim Vice President of Marketing, generating thousands of qualified leads.
Sharon also served as the Vice President of Branding and Advertising at CIT, the 8th largest diversified financial institution in the world. While at CIT Sharon managed the global launch of CIT’s new brand positioning and advertising campaign, Capital RedefinedSM.
Prior to joining CIT, Sharon was the Vice President of Marketing for Neoware. Under her tenure, Neoware was named the 8th fastest growing company in America by Fortune Magazine. She has also held positions as the Vice President of Marketing for VerticalNet, one of the 10 most successful IPOs in 1999; in addition to being the Vice President of Marketing for GE Equity and GE Commercial Finance. While with GE Equity, Sharon provided Marketing consulting to Auto-by-Tel, Preview Travel, iXL, Wink Communications, Gemplus, and many other early stage companies. Her successful marketing strategies earned Sharon the prestigious award to GE’s Pinnacle Club.
Mike Wilson
Mike Wilson is a Principal and Creative Director for Creative Solutions International. He is responsible for all Creative campaigns and communications both domestically and internationally.
Mike is in the midst of a highly lauded and distinguished marketing and creative career. After years on Wall Street, trading and clearing, he was given a shot at his first love, advertising, working on Merrill Lynch at Bozell. There, he broke into the award shows with work on the United Way and ABC News. After stops at McCaffrey & McCall on Mercedes and Bacardi and Fahlgren Martin in Atlanta with Cannes-winning work on Honda Power Equipment, Mike moved to Boston's smokin'-hot Houston Effler. Mike was part of tripling the agency's size and some much awarded and well loved work notably Converse's Larry Johnson "Grandmama", as well as TNT Sports, MA Tourism and Papa Gino's.
After Merkley Newman Harty on Champion Sports, Mike landed his dream job at Ogilvy/NY. Over ten years, Mike rose through the ranks, working on and winning awards for creativity and effectiveness on many brands. Eventually he was promoted to Worldwide Group Creative Director and, was responsible for Kodak, DHL and parts of American Express, managing dozens of teams around the world both on general and interactive. Fortunate to work with a talented core team from all agency disciplines, Mike's on-the-job training, travel adventures, hands-on experience and global management training combine to make him uniquely qualified and expert at large scale creative project planning, management, and success.
Most recently, Mike was the EVP/Chief Creative Officer at Dentsu America. In just 2.5 years, he helped grow the agency by more than 2x and led his teams to a more than 70% new business win rate. He revamped and staffed the interactive department, bringing in world-class talent. Not to mention bringing his global chops to bear winning 2 global assignments for the Toyota brand.
Geoffrey Winters
Geoffrey Winters is a Principal and Co-Director of Investment Banking and Business Consulting for Creative Solutions International Group. He is responsible for all aspects of investment banking including but not limited to raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, structuring business models and business analysis.
From 2001 through 2008, Mr. Winters was chairman, CEO, and president of Electronic Control Systems, a marketing and manufacturing company where he:Prior to that, from 1996 through 2000, Mr. Winters served as chairman and president of Northstar Capital, a Connecticut-and Florida based venture funding company.
Mr. Winters earlier years were spent as managing director of Gruntal & Co where he rebuilt the entire Retail Sales Department in conjunction with the Capital Markets Division and concurrently restructured the trading desk in order to accommodate and integrate those changes. Prior to this, Mr. Winters served as managing director of Paine Webber and earlier as managing director of Lehman Brothers where he worked structuring and funding over $2.4 billion of private and public offerings for such notable companies as Jaguar Motor Company, Genetech, Becton Dickenson, Storer Broadcasting, The Asia Fund, numerous real estate investment trusts ( REITS), as well as many other companies and industries over his extensive Wall Street career.
